Join us to celebrate the opening of 123Dough Casa de las Tapas, our new tapas and wine bar at Highland Springs Ranch & Inn. Acclaimed Galician-born Chef Ignacio Blanco of Ibiza Kitchen in New York will host an exquisite tapas and wine evening on Saturday, July 20th, and Sunday, July 21st from 5-9:30 pm.

RSVP Package - $30 per person Reserve your spot today with a $30 deposit per person, which will be deducted from your total on the event day. This package includes a reserved table and a custom 123 Farm wine glass. Additional purchases will be available a la carte on the event day.*

Chef Blanco has been a trailblazer in America for modern Spanish cuisine for two decades, first in TriBeCa at Meigas and other restaurants he's opened in Connecticut (Ibiza Kitchen). Now, he's bringing his culinary expertise to our beautiful new Spanish renaissance style location. Taste some of the world’s finest Iberian tapas paired with wine, and be transported to an evening on the Mediterranean coast.
