ANCIENT GRAIN SOURDOUGH BREAD MAKING


Learn the art of crafting delicious, nutrient-dense sourdough loaves using organic, ancient grains. Master fermentation techniques, shaping, and baking to create your own perfect loaf. Each participant receives a proofing basket and scraper to take home.
