ANCIENT GRAIN SOURDOUGH BREAD MAKING
Learn the art of crafting delicious, nutrient-dense sourdough loaves using organic, ancient grains—now with a lavender-inspired twist. Master fermentation techniques, shaping, and baking, including how to incorporate dried lavender for a subtle floral note. Enjoy a tasting during class featuring freshly baked sourdough paired with our organic olive oils. Each participant receives a proofing basket and scraper to take home.
When: July 10, 2025 at 5:00-7:00 PM and July 17, 2025 at 5:00-7:00 PM
Where: 123 Farm. Class will take place at the Hitching Post.
