Join us for a special evening at our tucked-away courtyard wine bar, Casa de las Tapas, where we’re pairing Old World wines with modern, ingredient-driven small plates. This edition of Tapas & Wine Night—Old World & New Bites—celebrates the timeless elegance of European wines and how they complement the bold, creative flavors rooted in tradition but reimagined with a fresh twist.
Expect a casual but curated experience, with our team circulating throughout the night to serve three chef-crafted tapas alongside wine pairings chosen to complement each dish. Live Spanish guitar will fill the courtyard, creating an atmosphere that’s relaxed, intimate, and distinctly transportive.

Menu
Scallop Taco
Seared U10 scallops with house-made green mole, sweet corn salsa, pickled Thai chile, and fresh herbs on blue corn masa.
Birria Short Rib Taco
Braised short rib with guacamole, salsa macha, pickled red onion, and cilantro on yellow corn tortilla.
Huitlacoche Quesadilla
Mexican truffle and Oaxaca cheese folded in blue corn tortilla with caramelized onions, chive, and salsa verde.
Each dish will be paired with a hand-selected Old World wine—ranging from crisp whites to deep reds—highlighting the contrast and balance between traditional winemaking and bold, seasonal flavors.

This is a casual, open-flow experience—no need to choose a specific seating time. You're welcome to arrive anytime between 6:00 PM and 9:30 PM, enjoy your wine pairings and food at your own pace, and stay for as long as you'd like. Seating is available throughout the courtyard and is prioritized for ticket holders.
Please note: The Lavender Festival grounds close at 10:00 PM, so we recommend arriving with enough time to enjoy the full experience.

This is an elevated but casual, flowing food and wine event—not a formal seated dinner.
Guests are welcome to mingle, enjoy at their own pace, and savor the courtyard ambiance
